Once a contractor has been appointed, further site meetings and visits are undertaken by us during the construction phase to monitor the progress acting for our client to ensure work is carried out according to the specification and to the highest professional standards.
The contract is solely between the client and the contractor.
For a fee we will manage the project for the client and ensure the following:-
* The setting out is precise and correct prior to construction taking place.
* Construction methods are carried out to the correct standards.
* Materials are to the specification and of high quality.
* Tree works are carried out to BS 3998.
* Compliance with all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
* Carry out regular site meetings with the site supervisor/contractor and client.
* Source plants and check off on delivery.
* Set out plants if required.
* Time scales are being kept and preparation of progress reports.
Our fees for contract management are:-
10% of the full contract value.
