As a rule of thumb the process from initial consultation meeting to signing a contract will take two to three months for an average sized family garden, or around 100 square meter, let me explain our process.
OUR DESIGN PROCESS:
* Initial consultation includes listening to your brief, site survey, soil sample.
* Issue A3, 2D plan view concept plans.
* Minor amendments are revised upon request to concept plans and signed off.
* Full presentation of A3, 3D virtual CAD final plans.
* Presentation and summary on A3 of samples of all products, Hired plant and planting scheme*, mood boards.
(*additional fee will be required for all planting plans.)
* A fully written quotation, not estimate, detailing where every penny will be spent.
* A full legally binding contract.
